The newest addition to the interim-team!

Amy Sten, you are the newest addition to the interim team and quickly had to take on a lot of responsibility during the summer months. What do you think characterizes people here?

– I think you really feel that ASI is family owned, the great community is clear.I already felt in my first week that everyone was inviting and full of energy, which has really been contagious. We help and support each other by giving tips, input and sharing knowledge and insights.I’m looking forward to Mondays now!

Emilia Bolinder, you have been part of Academic Search International for almost 6 years, what would you say is important to thrive at ASI?

– The first thing that comes to my mind is that you probably need to enjoy taking ownership, regardless of function! We are a tight organization and trust each other very much, but we also have high expectations of each other.Which means that you have to enjoy being a team player just as much as you have to enjoy independently driving projects forward 🤝 In addition to that, I think it’s good if you enjoy being in social and relational contexts, and that you like to contribute energy& forward thinking.
