Academic Search International offers qualified recruitment and interim solutions as well as Talent Management services.
Processing of personal data
We only process personal data voluntarily submitted to seek services through us as a recruiting and staffing company, as well as Academic Search International as an employer. Personal data are not disclosed to unauthorized third parties for any reason. We only provide further personal data to our customers as part of the recruitment process. You voluntary choose if you agree to submit your personal data with your application. By submitting your application (CV, personal letter and required fields) on this page, you certify that the information provided by you is correct. At the same time, you agree that these data may be stored and processed in database records of Academic Search International who are entitled to use your personal information in order to match your personal data against the services offered through Academic Search International. Personal data may be supplemented by retrieval from other public records, such as linkedin.com.

Processing of personal data is in accordance with the provisions of the EU Data Protection Regulation (Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC) GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) that contains provisions designed to protect the privacy of individuals in the processing of personal data. – You do not have to do anything! We protect your privacy and if we choose to process your personal information, we will contact you for access to updated documents.
Storage
The personal information we are collecting is name, contact information, birthday, CV, personal letter, work experience, education and linkedin.com address. Your personal data will only be used for the purpose of matching personal data with the services offered.
In our database, your personal information is password protected. Anyone who has access to our database is required to process your personal information with extreme care and does not issue them to unauthorized third parties.
The data is stored in our database until you want to update your data, which you can do via Skapa profil. If we match your data with any of your services, you will always be asked to update your information before Academic Search International chooses to process the data. If you have any questions about your personal information in our system, get notified of how we treat them or if you want to remove them (be forgotten) please contact us at villkor@academicsearch.se.
