What can I expect as a candidate?

When you apply, you will receive an automatic response that your application has been received. After that, our consultants read through your CV and personal letter and match against the requirements profile. After that it can take up to about 2-3 weeks for our recruitment consultants to go through all the applications.

If we need further information, we will contact you for a shorter reconciliation by phone or email. Then we reconcile interesting candidates with the customer and those we believe have the greatest potential, we invite for interviews and any tests.

Those who are relevant for an interview are called for a personal interview after about 3 weeks, but time can vary depending on what the process looks like as they are adapted to the customer’s needs. An entire recruitment process normally takes between 6-9 weeks but, as all processes and candidates are unique, this varies.
