Techtronic Industries Nordic is now looking for a Head of Cleaning Nordics, Ryobi, responsible for developing and driving sales within our new Cleaning Distribution Channel for Ryobi in the Nordic & Baltic regions.
About the role
As Head of Cleaning Nordics, Ryobi you will play a key role in establishing and growing Ryobi’s presence in the floorcare and cleaning segment. You will develop and implement sales strategies, build long-term partnerships with key distributors, and ensure successful market expansion. Your work will involve close collaboration with marketing, product teams, and local sales organizations to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
You will be part of our Nordic Sales Team, reporting to the Nordic Commercial Director. The position can be based in any Nordic country, and regular travel will be required.
Main responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the new cleaning product segment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and customers
- Implement and drive campaign activities for Ryobi’s cleaning product range
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align with customer needs
- Plan and execute sales activities with key retailers and distributors
- Follow up on leads and continuously explore growth potential
Your background
- Proven experience in Key Account Management and business development
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience working across multiple markets and cultures
- Fluency in English & a Nordic language
- High drive, proactive attitude, and structured way of working
- Ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships
