TTI Nordic Graduate Program

Are you ready to take responsibility from day one in an international environment? Techtronic Industries Nordic (TTI) is seeking ambitious graduates from Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland for our 2026 Nordic Graduate Program.

You will build strong commercial and sales capabilities while working with MILWAUKEE®, a global leader in professional power tools, and contribute directly to our continued growth in the Nordics.

This is not a “watch and learn” program. You will start in a sales role with real responsibility, gaining hands-on experience with our products, customers, and market.  What matters most is your mindset, motivation, and willingness to take ownership and learn fast.

Your Graduate Journey:

As a Graduate, you will start by building a strong foundation in sales and customer relations. You will take on a field-based sales role, conducting on-site customer visits with a fully equipped demo vehicle, demonstrating and selling the full MILWAUKEE® range to professional end users, and participating in trade shows, product events, and hands-on demonstrations. Along the way, you will learn from experienced colleagues how to develop and grow long-term customer relationships.

During your first year, you should expect up to 60 days of international travel. The program has no fixed duration, allowing you to progress at a pace that reflects your experience and development.

Some move forward quickly, while others choose to spend more time strengthening their foundation.
