Safeture – Client Relationship Manager

The Role
As a Client Relationship Manager, you’ll be responsible for nurturing relationships with both partners and end clients, ensuring they see ongoing value in our services. Your work will contribute directly to ARR growth and client retention. This role is based in Lund with a high degree of flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage partners and clients through the different phases: onboarding, user adoption, and renewals of contracts
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and support teams to align client needs with company goals
- Maintain and manage our CRM- and Customer Success-tools (Salesforce and Startdeliver)
- Being a Safeture platform expert, delivering prompt and precise responses to client inquiries when required.
You Will Be Part Of
You’ll join the Client Development Team, which handles all post-sales relationships with partners and clients. The team focuses on installed-base ARR and Net Revenue Retention (NRR%). You will report directly to the Chief Client Officer (CCO) and be part of cross-functional groups spanning Sales, Product, and Marketing.

- Holds a degree in business, IT, economics, or a related field
- Has the technical curiosity and capacity to understand our platform
- Enjoys working with international clients and diverse cultures

- Has a genuine interest in customer success and a solution-oriented mindset

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent multitasking and time-management skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines independently
- Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office 365
Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience working independently or in a Customer Success role
- Have used tools like Startdeliver or Planhat
- Speak additional languages such as German or French
