GBfoods – Brand Manager Export (Finnish speaking)

Main Responsibilities

As Brand Manager Export you will mainly be responsible for the development of products and brands sold in our export markets, such as Finland and Baltics. You will have a crucial role in adapting marketing and communication plans to each market and work closely together with our Nordic Brand Managers and export sales team to secure successful growth. Your daily work consists of tasks such as:

  • Responsible for initiating and adapting activities to ensure successful adaption and utilization of the brand and product portfolio. Both initiatives driven by Nordic Brand Manager and launches specific to our export markets
  • Creating annual brand plans for some of the markets and recommending a long-term growth strategy for the portfolio in line with our overall strategic growth plan
  • Administrative work with adapting and translating artwork, communication material and content in all digital channels for all brands
  • Analysing the business, market data and trends to exploit growth opportunities
  • Being responsible for marketing budget according to business goals
  • Close cooperation with international cross-functional teams, internal and external parties such as media and creative agencies

You will be part of our Nordic Marketing team and will report to our Nordic Marketing Manager. The position will be located at our office in Lund, Sweden.

Your profile

We are looking for a commercial person who takes initiative and have a strong drive. You are self-initiated but at the same time a team player with positive energy. You are structured, analytical, action and result oriented with great social and presentation skills. You have great understanding of the digital marketing channels and enjoy the role of a project manager, being able to handle complexity and several different projects simultaneously. You can build and maintain working relationships with different internal parties and stakeholders on a local and a European level, as well as relations with our external parties like media and communication agencies. An important part is being the link to our export markets and it includes translation, for example, of sales presentations and communication plans from Swedish to Finnish.

Qualifications

  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or similar.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience, preferably from Brand Management and Innovation Project Management within FMCG.
  • Experience from category management is also beneficial.
  • You are fluent in Swedish, Finnish and speak English on a business level.
