ARJO – Senior Internal & Corporate Communications Manager

Arjo is looking for a communications professional, passionate about internal communication and motivated by leading transformative communications strategies. In this senior role, you’ll drive impactful communication initiatives, shaping the narrative about the company’s journey. Reporting to the VP Investor Relations & Corporate Communications, you’ll play a key role in advising leaders, driving engagement, and fostering a positive corporate culture.

Key duties and responsibilities:

As the Senior Internal & Corporate Communications Manager, you will:

– Identify and analyze business and audience needs to develop and deliver messages via various media and channels.

– Lead strategic planning, execution, and follow-up of communication activities to engage relevant target groups.

– Source and build compelling stories for internal and external communications.

– Provide strategic communication support to management and key functions.

– Transform complex information into clear and engaging communication.

Additional Responsibilities:

– Content strategizing, messaging and development of materials for leadership conferences.

– Development of intranet strategy, in combination with internal channel strategies.

– Mentor and coach managers to enhance their communication effectiveness.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

– Academic degree or equivalent in communication; healthcare industry experience is advantageous.

– 7-10 years of senior-level experience, working both strategically and operationally, in internal and/or corporate communications, preferably in a global context.

– Exceptional presentation, writing, and proofreading skills in English and Swedish.

– Ability to translate strategic contexts into impactful messaging.

– Extensive cross-functional experience, including executive and change communication.

– Proven project leadership skills

– Good understanding of digital channels with both willingness and aptitude to explore new solutions.
