Bel Nordic – Key Account Manager, Denmark

Bel Nordic is now looking for a Key Account Manager responsible for managing and developing our customer relationships across the Danish market, representing our much-loved brands including Babybel®, The Laughing Cow®, and Kiri®.
About the role
As Key Account Manager, you will take full ownership of selected Danish retail accounts. You will be the primary point of contact for our local suppliers and customers, drive growth through joint business plans, and hold responsibility for customer-specific P&Ls. This role offers a broad scope and requires a highly driven individual eager to collaborate across teams, lead commercial discussions, and identify profitable growth opportunities.
You will report directly to the Head of Sales and work cross-functionally with marketing and supply chain teams. The role is based in Malmö, Sweden, with some travel expected.
Main responsibilities
- Manage retail accounts in Denmark, with potential to take on other Nordic markets
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Lead the development and execution of joint business plans
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts
- Own the P&L for your customers and manage forecasting, revenue, and profit
- Negotiate commercial contracts from planning to execution
- Analyse market and consumer trends to identify growth opportunities
- Track Bel’s and competitors’ performance in the market
Your background
- Experience in FMCG sales
- Knowledge of the Danish market
- Proven track record in business development and growing key accounts
- Strong negotiation and commercial planning experience
- Fluent in English with at least a good understanding of Danish
- Experience managing customer P&Ls
