We work with large and well-developed networks, use methodical search processes and a thorough selection process. Our consultants have extensive experience in recruitment and consulting solutions and many of us also have personal experience of working in most of the roles we recruit for.
Every customer and every role are unique, which means that we adapt the process to your needs and criteria. We always work in teams consisting of a senior consultant and a researcher whose focus is on making contacts and headhunting.
However, the basic principal is always the same: first a thorough analysis of your requirements to understand your business and your needs is undertaken. We then carry out a market survey and an extensive search process where suitable candidates – both inside and outside our networks – are identified, contacted and vetted to find the right people who match your criteria.
