TePe – Senior Sales Manager (Global Distributor Markets)

TePe is a global leader in preventive oral health, partnering with dental professionals and distributors in more than 80 markets. As we continue to expand internationally, we are strengthening our commercial organization with a newly created position as Senior Sales Manager Manager focused on distributor driven growth. 

TePe is strengthening its international commercial organization and is now seeking a strategic, results driven Senior Sales Manager to accelerate sales performance across our global distributor markets. In this role, you will take full ownership of driving revenue, developing distributor capabilities, and ensuring successful execution of TePe’s sales strategies in key international markets. 

The position is based at our HQ in Malmö, and you will report to International Business Expansion Manager. The role involves around 3-4 days/month of international travelling.   

What You’ll Do 

  • As Senior Sales Manager, you will own the overall commercial and sales strategy for global distributor markets. You will lead a sales team (6 direct reports) responsible for day-to-day partner management and execution, while you focus on setting priorities, defining sales standards, driving excellence across pricing and forecasting, and enabling high-quality in market execution through others. 
  • You will work closely with your sales team as well as marketing, and business development to secure commercial readiness, ensure strong distributor capability, and steer market performance at an overall level. 
  • You will be bart of the IBET Management team together with IBET Manager, Business Development Manager & Marketing Manager 

What You’ll Lead 

  • Set the commercial strategy and sales priorities for global distributor markets and make sure revenue and profitability targets are consistently monitored and followed 
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to the sales team 
  • Oversee forecasting, pricing execution, and commercial planning 
  • Drive strong inmarket execution through your team — launches, campaigns, and activations 
  • Build seniorlevel distributor relationships and negotiate commercial agreements 
  • Identify performance gaps, define corrective actions, and ensure delivery against KPIs 
  • Analyze sales data, competitive dynamics, and market trends to strengthen performance 
  • Represent IBET/distributor markets in internal forums 

 Who You Are 

  • A strategic commercial leader with longer experience in international sales 
  • Background in health, pharma, medtech, or FMCG is highly valuable 
  • Skilled in coaching teams, setting direction, and driving disciplined commercial execution 
  • Strong at translating insights into actions and steering partners toward results 
  • Excellent communicator, relationshipbuilder, and negotiator across cultures 
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus 
  • Motivated by working in a purposedriven, international business with high growth ambitions
