About the Role

We are now looking for a Country Sales Manager Norway. NP Innovation is a Swedish-based technology company at the forefront of water treatment solutions for the aquaculture industry. With a strong foundation in engineering excellence and sustainability, we deliver high-performance water treatment systems and services that support healthy fish farming and responsible resource management. As part of our international expansion, we are now establishing NP Innovation Norway AS and we’re looking for a dynamic Country Sales Manager to lead the charge! You’ll report directly to the CEO and be part of a global journey, as NP Innovation plans to establish additional sales companies across international markets. The position location is flexible, with preferred options being Bergen/Trondheim/Oslo.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for building and leading our Norwegian sales and service organization from the ground up. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the business, driving growth, and developing a high-performing team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be both the leader and operational driver – with a clear goal: triple our revenue and grow our customer base in Norway.

  • Drive product, service, and support all country project sales holding the overall PnL and local business development responsibility
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively build long-term customer relationships. Travel extensively (50%) mainly Norway and some internationally to build market presence.
  • Collaborate with decision-makers, project stakeholders, and industry partners
  • Lead and develop the Norwegian sales and service team
  • Shape the future of NP Innovation Norway AS – with real influence over business and organizational development

Your Background

  • Proven success in technical sales – ideally from water treatment, process equipment, or mechanical engineering
  • Strong industry network and understanding of the Norwegian aquaculture and/or adjacent markets (e.g. fish farming, fish foods, water filtration)
  • Experience in team leadership and organizational build-up
  • Technical education (Engineer, YH or equivalent) is a plus
  • Fluent in English and proficient in Norwegian.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, strategic mindset, and a love for closing deals
  • Passion for technology, growth environments, and building something meaningful
