The role

As Solution Owner – Sales & Logistics, you are the main responsible for M3 system support within sales and logistics. You will collaborate closely with operational process owners and other stakeholders across the group.

You will:

• Develop and continuously improve business processes within sales and logistics.
• Work with implementations of new business entities in M3 MUC environment
• Configure, maintain, and administer internal WMS integrations and integrations with business partners (EDI).
• Provide user support, troubleshooting, and manage process changes not requiring a full project.
• Administer and monitor the M3 system, including validation after updates, archiving, and data cleaning.
• Manage business documents generated from M3, including XML configurations, printer installations, and output specifications.
• Structure and maintain M3 models for user authorization.
• Act as a trusted internal consultant, producing manuals, documentation, and recommendations for process and system improvements.

You will work in a central IT team with three M3 specialists: finance, supply & purchasing, and sales & logistics. First-line support is provided locally at our sites, while you will act as second-line support and process owner, handling system configuration, process changes, and complex troubleshooting.

Key stakeholders include:

• Logistics departments at subsidiaries
• Warehouse managers
• Customer service managers
• Supply Chain leadership
• Group Sales

The position is based at Hilding Anders headquarters in Malmö and reports to the CPO.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the configuration, maintenance, and administration of the M3 system for sales and logistics
• Drive process development and continuous improvements
• Ensure reliable integrations with internal systems and external partners (EDI, WMS)
• Provide high-quality user support and troubleshooting for complex issues
• Monitor, validate, and archive system data and processes
• Develop documentation, manuals, and training material
• Act as an internal consultant, supporting operational teams with system and process expertise

Your background

To succeed in this role, you combine technical expertise with commercial understanding. You are proactive, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities. You communicate clearly, build trust across teams, and influence stakeholders without formal authority. You are motivated by driving tangible improvements in processes, system performance, and user experience.

• Solid experience and knowledge of M3
• Strong understanding of sales and logistics business processes
• Analytical skills and experience translating business needs into system solutions
• Experience working in project form and cross-functional teams
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Experience acting as a process owner or internal consultant is a plus
