At Academic Search we are proud and happy to once again be partnering with Bionorica for an important recruitment. We are looking for a driven and experienced Brand Manager to join the Team in Sweden.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing strategies and campaigns for Bionoricas products, with a focus on strengthening the brand and driving sales in a competitive market. You are self-motivated, proactive and thrive in managing projects from concept to execution. As Brand Manager at Bionorica you will be reporting to the Marketing Manager Sweden and closely collaborate with the Global Marketing team in Germany. The position is home office based, preferably in the Stockholm-area, as the rest of the Swedish team.

Your responsibilities and tasks

You will be responsible for the strategy and development of the Womens Health portfolio. You will carry out and implement Brand plans to drive both brand awareness and sales, including the following responsibilities and tasks:

  • Own the strategic and operational marketing for pharmaceutical products within your portfolio.
  • Develop, implement and evaluate campaigns, digital activities and communication materials.
  • Plan, execute and follow up on product launches, including market analysis and competitor monitoring.
  • Collaborate with Global teams such as brand management, digital team, medical team and external agencies.
  • Identify market opportunities and proactively suggest initiatives to increase brand visibility, awareness and drive sales.
  • Manage budgets for the brands marketing activities and track ROI.
  • Ensure alignment of Marketing strategies and Global guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Trade marketing manager to align campaigns for the Womens health portfolio.
  • Develop educational programs for pharmacists as well as presentations to the field sales force to enhance brand awareness and increase product recommendations.

Your profile

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in the Swedish Pharma Market, preferably working with OTC brands/products. Womens health is an advantage.
  • You have at least 5 years of marketing experience, including digital marketing
  • You have excellent business management and budget planning skills
  • Proven track record of driving successful marketing projects
  • You have a relevant university degree in marketing, life science/medical or a related field
  • You are a native Swedish speaker, working smoothly in the international business environment with very good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Advanced computer skills: MS Powerpoint/ Word/ Excel, Order Management tools/SAP including analytical programs
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing regulations and creative tools such as Canva or Photoshop is a plus
  • Experience in digital marketing and social media marketing
