The impact you will have
As an experienced Treasury leader, you will have a passion for financial risk management and building strong international stakeholder relationships. A key member of Arjo’s Group Finance function at our headquarters in Malmö, you will thrive in a global setting where you can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
As the Head of Group Treasury you will be responsible for:
Leading and developing Arjo’s Treasury operations globally. Responsible for financing, liquidity, risk management, insurance, and intra-group funding, ensuring that the Group has a solid and future-ready Treasury function that supports Arjo’s strategic and operational goals. This is a key position where you will work closely with the Group CFO, external financial partners, and internal stakeholders across the organization.
Key duties/responsibilities
- Lead Arjo’s Group financing and funding activities, including credit facility agreements.
- Manage the Group’s financial net, including budgeting, reconciliation, analysis, and reporting.
- Oversee intra-group funding, group liquidity, and insurance coverage.
- Take responsibility for the UK pension scheme.
- Drive foreign currency and interest rate risk management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential lenders.
- Ensure compliance with Arjo’s Treasury Policy and continuously develop the function.
- Lead and coach the Group Treasury team.

- M.Sc. in Business, Finance, Controlling, or Accounting.
- 10+ years of experience within Treasury or similar roles, with extensive knowledge of financial risk management and treasury operations.
- Proven leadership experience and a record of accomplishment for driving improvements.
- Solid knowledge of Treasury accounting and reporting systems (e.g. Cognos, Power BI).
- Experience from international and diverse environments.
- Fluent in both English and Swedish, written and spoken.
- Proficient in Treasury systems, Excel, and PowerPoint.
