On behalf of our Client – Product Marketing Manager

Are you ready to help shape the future of connectivity? We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager with a commercial mindset and a passion for translating technical solutions into compelling stories that resonate with customers. This is a key role in a growing telecom company, working cross-functionally with both the product and sales teams to drive commercial success.

In this role, you will also take the lead on activation and trade marketing, creating visibility and driving sales through strategic campaigns and channel support.

This is a 6-month assignment with the possibility of a permanent position.

The position is based in Malmö.

As Product Marketing Manager, you will take on a central role in a growing telecom company where your work directly shapes how products are brought to market. You will join a collaborative, forward-thinking team based in Malmö, with the flexibility and freedom to influence both strategy and execution. This is a great opportunity to grow across marketing, product, and commercial areas while making a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and services
  • Create and maintain sales enablement content, messaging, and value propositions
  • Collaborate closely with product managers to translate product features into customer benefits
  • Support the sales team with launch plans, training, and tailored materials
  • Lead activation and trade marketing initiatives across sales channels
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform positioning and growth opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in product marketing, ideally within telecom, tech or B2B2C industries
  • A strong communicator with the ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams
  • Hands-on experience in activation and trade marketing
  • Analytical mindset combined with commercial acumen and creativity
  • Familiarity with tools like Figma and Miro as well as digital campaign platforms
  • Fluent in Swedish and English – both written and spoken
