About the role

We are seeking a customer-centric, structured and results-oriented Product Range Manager who champions focused product delivery and utilizes the right marketing mix and sales approaches in each country. At the office you possess strong financial analytical skills, commercial project management competencies and the ability to create compelling business cases. In front of customers, you extract relevant insights and clearly communicate how our offer makes them more successful.

You would be surrounded by highly enthusiastic colleagues with world leading competences in acoustics, sustainability, innovation, product development, logistics, manufacturing, and sales. Your ability to articulate the need of the market together with your flair to facilitate collaboration will enable us to make the world a better home. 

You will join a newly established category organization with a team of around ten colleagues. This role is based in Hyllinge, outside Helsingborg and you will report to a Senior Category Manager. Within the Marketing department more broadly, you will also collaborate with colleagues who focus on market communication, concept development, customer visits and training.

The position includes around 15-20%/4 days a month.

Background and profile

You hold a relevant university degree and have minimum five years of experience in marketing and/or sales roles in an international environment. You possess a strong commercial drive and keen interest in technology. You have a successful track record leading cross-functional teams. You have a curios mindset, strong capacity and motivation to learn (rapidly), enthusiasm and a drive to make a meaningful impact.

Coming from the building materials industry is a strong advantage, but not a requirement. You are highly proficient in spoken and written Swedish and English and are comfortable working with Microsoft Excel.
