As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a hands-on and digitally savvy Digital Project Manager, Web to take the operational lead of our web platform (Optimizely) and associated websites. You will play a key role in coordinating daily activities, optimising performance, training users, and driving web-related initiatives across markets and teams.

What You’ll Do

• Run and coordinate day-to-day operations of our web platform and websites
• Maintenance of our web platform and digital tools
• Translate business needs into structured digital tasks and actions
• Manage and prioritise incoming web requests from internal stakeholders (especially Marketing & IT)
• Handle planning, budgeting and timelines for small- to medium-sized web projects
• Act as the main point of contact for the external web agency and digital vendors
• Ensure CMS and surrounding tools (e.g. DAM, analytics) are used effectively
• Lead onboarding and training of internal content owners and editors
• Drive improvement projects linked to SEO, accessibility, performance and structure
• Support local market websites and global initiatives
• Manage users, track issues, and report progress
• Collaborate closely with international team members in Sweden and North America

You will be part of a global Marketing & Communications team, working alongside two colleagues in Canada and two in Malmö, Sweden. You report to Director of Global Marketing and Communications, based in Canada. Location is Malmö (preferred) or Gothenburg. Other Trioworld locations in Europe may be considered for an exceptional candidate.

Your Profile

• Self-driven, proactive and highly organised
• Strong in stakeholder management and able to lead without formal authority
• Experienced in CMS platforms (Optimizely or similar) and content creation
• Digitally literate and confident with web tools, analytics and structured processes
• A strong project manager with the ability to drive change
• A doer – hands-on, energetic, and service-minded
• Experienced in multicultural teams; familiarity with American business culture is a plus
