As a part of the Product Management team at Swedish Match you will have a crucial role of driving the development of packaging labels for snus and nicotine pouches, in accordance with each international markets’ legal and commercial requirements. The work consists of gathering all necessary input and aspects of the labels, brief our In-House studio that develop the artworks and to secure that the finalized labels are approved by stakeholders.

You will work with a wide range of contacts within Swedish Match & Philip Morris International, i.e Brand teams, Legal and commercial from different markets, as well as Regulatory Department, Project managers and our in-house Studio, developing the actual label artwork.

You will also assist the Product Management team in various projects and ad-hoc initiatives and tasks.

Main responsibilities of the Product Management Department

• Monitor and manage the portfolio, including executing and communicating product phase-ins and phase-outs as well as updates in content, labels, or packaging. This ensures that our product lineup remains dynamic and aligned with market demands.

• Adapt our portfolio and product design to each specific market’s requirements, especially in terms of legal and regulatory aspects. This hands-on approach is instrumental in guaranteeing the compliance and success of the products in the markets.

• Efficiency is at the heart of Swedish Match’s operations. Streamlined project workflows are established and there are delineate clear responsibilities among department stakeholders. This ensures that everyone is working cohesively towards the common goals.

Qualifications:

You are known to be well-structured with a strong drive to achieve results and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. A focus on quality and attention to details is crucial, and you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent proficiency in both Swedish and English is mandatory.

We are seeking an independent and flexible individual with an interest in our business and products. You should have at least 1 year of experience in administration and project work within a commercial organization. For this role, a college or university degree in commerce, economics, or a related discipline such as for example IHM is required.
