About the role

This exciting role consists of leading deployment projects aiming at launching or upgrading snus and nicotine pouches. As a member of the Product Management team at Swedish Match you will play an important part in the international expansion of Nicotine Pouches as well as new initiatives for the snus portfolio in the Nordics. Your main responsibility includes leading projects with focus on operational assessment and implementation, including adaption of the portfolio to each markets’ specific regulations and requirements.

Main accountabilities

• Define project goals and perform feasibility studies for Deployment projects.

• Develop project plans, timelines and identify dependencies.

• Lead a focused and devoted project team and set clear goals and tasks.

• Secure cross functional communication including i.e Markets & Operations.

• Monitor project progress together with the team and make necessary adjustments.

• Send out project reports and communicate project status to stakeholders.

• Identify and manage project risks and issues. Ensure that issues are addressed promptly.

• Ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.

• Follow up on project outcome and propose improvements.

Who you are

• You have a couple of years work experience of project and product management.

• You are a team player with a strong drive to achieve goals and create results.

• You have strong networking and stakeholder management skills.

• You have a highly organized and structured personality.

• You can deal with high pace, uncertainty and change.

• You have strong communication skills in English.

• You hold a university degree with majors in marketing/business administration or equivalent education.
