Main Responsibilities

As a Nordic Brand Manager you will mainly be responsible for continuing the development of your brand to further strengthen the position in the Nordic market.

You have the total responsibility of your product portfolio, including tasks as:

  • Developing the product portfolio for growth, optimization, and development
  • Project management of new product innovations from idea to launch
  • Creating annual brand plan and recommending a long-term growth strategy for the portfolio in line with long term strategic plan and the overall business plan and strategy
  • Creating and implementing media strategy and communication ATL incl. content in all digital channels
  • Planning, executing and following-up on brand and marketing/campaign activities, including both TV, VOD, and digital channels
  • Analysing the business, market data and trends to exploit growth opportunities
  • Being responsible for marketing budget and P&L, according to business goals
  • Close cooperation with international cross-functional teams, internal and external parties such as media and creative agencies

You will be part of our Nordic Marketing team and will report directly to our Nordic Marketing Manager. The position will be located at our office in Lund, Sweden.

Your profile

We are looking for a commercial person who takes initiative and have a strong drive. You are self-initiated but at the same time a team player with positive energy. You are structured, analytical, action and result oriented with great social and presentation skills. To succeed in this role you have strategic and analytic skills, you understand and follow the market trends and consumer needs. You have great understanding of the digital marketing channels and enjoy the role of a project manager, being able to handle complexity and several different projects simultaneously. You have the ability to build and maintain working relationships with different internal parties and stakeholders on a local and a European level, as well as relations with our external parties like media and communication agencies.

Qualifications

  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, marketing or similar
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience, preferably from Brand Management and Innovation Project Management within FMCG.
  • Experience from category management is also beneficial.
  • You are fluent in Swedish and speak English on a business level.
