About the role

As our Sustainability Controller, you will report to the Chief Sustainability Officer and play a pivotal role in taking our sustainability data collection, management and analysis to the next level.

Main areas of responsibilities will include:

• Strategy: Support in the implementation of the global sustainability strategy, targets and policies with focus on data collection and analysis

• Data collection: Ensure quality and efficiency in legal and operational sustainability reporting based on current and future legally required and voluntary sustainability reporting standards (e.g., the EU taxonomy and NFRD, UNGC, GRI, CDP, TCFD, GHG Protocol). Further develop system environment with support from IT

• Reporting & Analysis: Monitor performance of the Group and the business units and regularly provide reports and analysis for business insights and decision-making. Review and respond to sustainability questions from various stakeholders. Deliver data and analyses needed to the official sustainability reporting

• Projects: Participate in selected and prioritized sustainability related projects. E.g., support analysis with regards to responsible and sustainable sourcing; such as to follow up supplier assessments

Your background and experience

• University degree in engineering, finance, accounting and/or sustainability

• Preferably at least 3 years’ experience of sustainability, and proficient in applicable regulations and reporting standards as well data collection and analysis. Shorter experience together with a background as Business or Financial Controller is also an option

• Experience of working in an international setting with senior executive team members

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

• Down-to-earth with the ability to live by the fundamentals of the company culture and its mission.
