We are looking for a new Business Manager for our Nordic Water Treatment team, responsible for all four Nordic countries.

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of a strategic business plan to increase sales to the water treatment industry in the Nordic Region.
  • Coordination of sales activity and management of water treatment products across all other industry sectors.
  • Gross profit responsibility for the two sectors defined above.
  • Leadership and management of the water treatment team.
  • Responsibility for working capital and stock levels for water treatment products.
  • Coordination & achievement of central targets.
  • Customer and Supplier Relationship Management

The position can be based in either Malmö (Hyllie) or Stockholm (Sundbyberg).

You will manage a successful and collaborative team with eight colleagues spread across the Nordics. They hold various commercial roles, in technical sales, product management and account management.

The role requires flexible planning with up to 2-3 days travel per week for supplier/customers visits and internal meetings.

  • An experienced team leader with the ability to manage directly and through a matrix structure.
  • Strong commercial / sales background.
  • Ability to develop and deliver a strategic growth plan for value-added services.
  • A background in the water industry or chemical sector or any other related industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience of working with water treatment customers, suppliers and products will be an advantage.
  • Supplier relationship management capabilities.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Communications skills.
