What you’ll be doing
As our Talent & Culture Specialist, you will:

  • Establish, own, and continuously improve Talent & Culture processes, including onboarding, employer branding, and learning initiatives
  • Lead and execute both strategic and operational recruitment, while strengthening our employer brand and positioning us as an Employer of Choice
  • Drive engagement initiatives such as internal events, health & wellbeing activities and communication around culture and values
  • Act as a key contributor to our culture journey by shaping ways of working, leading change initiatives, and aligning behaviours with company values
  • Own and develop programs such as onboarding, trainee initiatives, and internal collaboration frameworks

Who we’re looking for
For this position you have the below background and skills:

  • A proactive, courageous, and collaborative mindset, someone who inspires others and builds strong relationships across the organization
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing engagement or culture initiatives, with the ability to use data – such as pulse surveys, eNPS, or retention metrics  – to identify gaps and measure impact
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English, including experience creating internal content for employees across multiple countries and sites – and confidence presenting and facilitating workshops or training sessions in both languages
  • Experience supporting or leading organisational change  – such as shifts in company culture, evolving workforce trends, or adapting ways of working in response to a changing world  – with a proven ability to bring people along through uncertainty
  • Comfortable working with HR tech and digital tools, including people systems and ATS systems, and an active interest in how AI and technology are reshaping the people function
  • Solid end-to-end recruitment experience, including competency-based interviewing, proactive sourcing, and structured selection processes  – preferably across multiple functions and markets
  • Proven ability to drive projects from idea to implementation, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • A degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent, with around 5+ years of experience within HR, Talent, Culture, or related areas, ideally in an international environment
