We are looking for a Product Engineer to join our Product Engineering team and contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our acoustic systems at our headquarters just outside Helsingborg.

About the Position

As a Product Engineer, you will help ensure our products meet customer expectations regarding regulatory requirements, acoustics, sustainability and design. Working closely with R&D, Production, Quality, Marketing, and Supply Chain, you will support both existing products and future innovations.

Key responsibilities:

• Technical ownership of assigned product ranges, including compliance and documentation.
• Drive product improvements, quality enhancements, and cost optimization.
• Lead technical investigations and support root cause analyses.
• Coordinate product changes across the organization.
• Maintain product documentation and engineering data.
• Support production sites and industrialization activities.
• Contribute to innovation projects and new acoustic solutions.

The position is part of Ecophon’s R&D and Innovation Department and is based in Hyllinge, Sweden.

About You

You are a proactive and curious engineer who enjoys solving technical challenges and turning ideas into practical solutions. You thrive in cross-functional and international teams, work in a structured way, and take initiative to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Relevant experience, preferably within construction or building materials.
• Strong technical and mechanical understanding.
• Experience with 3D CAD software, preferably Inventor.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
