Safeture – Sr. Client Relationship Manager

Are you passionate about technology, international collaboration, and building strong customer relationships? Safeture is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join their dynamic team and play a key role in driving client success and long-term growth.

The role

This is a parental leave cover position with a planned start in early August 2026. The assignment is expected to last until September 2027, with placement at Safeture’s HQ in Lund.

In this role, you will work closely with existing partners and clients to ensure their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the services provided by Safeture. The role combines relationship management, client development, administration, and support in an international and fast-changing environment. You will play an important role in maintaining strong client relationships while supporting growth and long-term engagement with Safeture’s services.

We are looking for someone with either a technical background or a strong technical interest, who enjoys working collaboratively across teams and building strong professional relationships. You should be self-driven, communicative, service-minded, and comfortable taking responsibility in your daily work.

Key Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the daily operations, administration, and support within the Client Development team. 
• Resolve partners’ and clients’ complaints quickly and efficiently. 
• Collaborate with other departments internally to ensure that partners and clients needs are met. 
• Understand and process the changing market landscape and continuously recommend new trends, needs, benefits, and platform requirements from partners and clients. 
• Build and maintain successful usage of the Safeture service with key partners and clients, with focus on growth in usage and ARR. 
• Manage the client journey, including onboarding, activation, growth, contract renewals, KPI:s, and ongoing client engagement.

• Is communicative and service-minded. 
• Enjoys building strong relationships with clients and colleagues. 
• Thrives in an international and collaborative environment. 
• Has professional English skills, both written and spoken. 
• Has basic German skills, which is considered an advantage
