Kelvion – Sales Manager, Data Center
Drive large-scale data centre projects in one of Kelvion’s fastest-growing segments.
Are you ready to take ownership of sales projects in a rapidly expanding market? Do you thrive in an environment where you help shape the segment, build your own customer base, and work with complex, high-value solutions? Then this could be your next step.
Kelvion is a leading global developer and manufacturer of heat exchange solutions, known for innovation, engineering excellence and a strong commitment to sustainability. As demand for energy-efficient thermal solutions continues to accelerate within the data centre industry, we are now looking for a Sales Manager, Data Centre to drive business development across the Nordic region.
About the role
As Sales Manager, Data Centre you will be responsible for developing Kelvion’s business within one of our most strategically important and fastest-growing segments. Your focus will be on building a smaller portfolio of key customers rather than high-volume transactional sales. You will actively define and refine your own segmentation strategy, identify opportunities, and help position Kelvion as a preferred partner in the Nordic data centre ecosystem.
The role offers a high degree of autonomy and entrepreneurial freedom. You will be working largely from scratch, with significant opportunity to influence how the segment develops over time. As the business grows, the team may expand accordingly.
You will report to Director of Data Centres, UK&I Scandinavia and Baltics and collaborate closely with both local and international colleagues.
The position offers a flexible location and can be either home-based from the Stockholm area or the Skåne or Greater Copenhagen region, with access to Kelvion’s office in Ystad. The role includes travel within the Nordics, approximately 50–60 nights per year.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for the data centre segment across the Nordic region
- Identify, develop, and close large-scale project opportunities with contractors, end customers, and consultants
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders such as project managers, procurement, and engineering managers
- Drive new equipment sales by positioning existing Kelvion solutions into a new and fast-growing segment
- Lead complex negotiations and manage long sales cycles with a structured, professional approach
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including the Applications (GSE) team, order handling, back office, and service teams
- Monitor market developments, customer needs, and competitive activity to proactively identify opportunities
Your background
You combine technical credibility with strong commercial drive and are comfortable operating in a growing market area where you create momentum yourself.
Key qualifications include:
- Experience in technical B2B sales, preferably within data centres, energy, cooling, or industrial infrastructure
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering or equivalent
- Several years of experience managing complex sales processes and large projects
- A strong network within the data centre ecosystem
- An entrepreneurial, intrapreneurial mindset with strong inner drive and self-leadership
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating across international and matrix organizations
- Fluent in English; Swedish and/or Danish is required
