On behalf of Client – Art Director
We’re looking for an experienced Art Director who’s ready to turn insights into powerful visual storytelling that engages audiences, strengthens brand positioning, and drives business results – across channels, markets and minds.
In this role, you will join a vibrant creative team with copywriters, designers, interior stylists, photographers, 3D artists, and more. Together, you will develop concepts, execute across multiple media, and bring ideas to life – from the first sketch to final delivery. You will be deeply involved in shaping how the brand shows up in a fast-changing, multi-channel world.

This is an interim position for 3 months with the possibility of extension.
Position: Älmhult (3 days in the office, 2 days hybrid/w)
What you’ll do:
- Create stories and communication concepts according to the company’s positioning and communication strategies, tone of voice, smart production methods and up-to-date consumer insights.
- Explore possibilities/limitations to reach relevant target audiences in all media and platforms (web, social media, motion, printed publications, store, exhibition & events etc.)
- Utilize your creative problem-solving abilities in all aspects of our work.
- Execute communication ideas together with the rest of the creative team and oversee production.
- Pitch your concepts to a wide range of stakeholders with diverse backgrounds.
- Develop and maintain good relationships and excellent collaboration with all team members and stakeholders.
What you bring:
- 5+ years of experience in art direction, visual communication or equivalent – ideally in an international setting.
- Proven ability to lead creative work from idea to execution, across a wide range of media and channels (portfolio required).
- A strategic mindset with strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling skills.
- Experience working with brand identity and translating it into consistent and innovative expressions.
- Up-to-date knowledge of today’s multi-channel landscape, consumer behavior and creative trends.
- Familiarity with production methods including studio work, CGI, 3D animation and motion media.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Bonus if you have:
- Experience creating motion media concepts or working on motion productions of various scales.
- Previous experience working within a large retail or consumer-focused organization.
- Experience in creating concepts for motion media and working on both large and small motion media productions is highly valued.
- Prior experience in a large retail company is a plus
