What you will do

This role is built around understanding before selling.

You’ll work closely with customers in the land-based fish farming industry to understand how their systems operate, where challenges arise, and how water treatment solutions can improve performance, reliability, and outcomes – and most importantly ensure good living conditions for the fish.

Rather than pushing products, you’ll act as a trusted advisor – someone our customers can turn to when they need to evaluate options, solve problems, or simply plan for the future.

 

In practice, you will:

  • Build long-term relationships with fish farming operators and industry stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities by understanding customer systems, constraints, and goals.
  • Develop and propose tailored water treatment solutions based on diverse customer needs.
  • Support tenders, technical discussions, and solution design together with internal teams.
  • Follow projects from early dialogue through to order and implementation.
  • Stay close to installations and feedback loops to ensure what we deliver work as promised.

The role requires extensive travelling in Norway and at times internationally. Office locations are primarily Oslo / Home Office. In this position you report to the Sales Manager.

 

Who we think you are

You’re someone who enjoys combining technical curiosity with a commercial mindset – and you’re comfortable taking the time to understand before acting.

We imagine you:

  • Have 2+ years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or a similar role
  • Have experience from aquaculture, water treatment, process systems, hydraulics, or related fields
  • Are comfortable discussing system performance, trade-offs, and practical solutions with customers.
  • Prefer long-term relationships over quick wins.
  • Are structured and able to manage dialogues that can take time to develop.
  • Communicate clearly in English and Norwegian or another Scandinavian language.
  • Have a driver’s license and are comfortable with travel
