As demand for efficient and sustainable cooling solutions continues to grow across industries, we are now looking for a Sales Manager to drive project-based HVAC/R sales across the Nordic region.

 

About the role

As Sales Manager HVAC/R you will be responsible for developing Kelvion’s project-based business within the Nordic HVAC/R and industrial cooling market. You will work closely with system builders, contractors and installers who design and build their own cooling systems, requiring strong technical understanding and the ability to translate customer needs into solutions.

 

The role involves managing longer sales cycles with multiple stakeholders such as project managers, engineering managers and procurement functions. You will have a high degree of autonomy, building your own customer base while developing existing relationships. As the business grows, the segment and team may expand accordingly. You will collaborate closely with internal applications engineers and technical support teams.

 

You will report to Vertical Market Head HVAC/R.

 

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute project sales strategy for HVAC/R across the Nordics
• Identify and develop new business with contractors and system builders
• Manage complex, long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
• Build strong relationships with technical decision-makers
• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions together with internal teams
• Monitor market trends and identify new project opportunities
• Drive growth in a fast-developing segment

 

Your background

You combine technical understanding with strong commercial drive and enjoy working in complex, solution-oriented sales environments.

Key qualifications include:

• Experience in technical B2B sales within HVAC, cooling or industrial systems
• Background from contractors, system suppliers or similar technical environments
• Strong technical understanding (thermodynamics is an advantage)
• Ability to manage complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders
• Self-driven, curious and motivated by building business from scratch
• Fluent in Swedish and/or Danish, and English
