As the HVAC/R market continues to evolve, we are now looking for a Channel Sales Manager to strengthen and expand our Nordic distribution.
About the role
As Channel Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing Kelvion’s business through distributors and wholesale partners in the Nordic market. This is a highly field-oriented role where you will spend significant time “out in the market”, building relationships, visiting partners and driving business growth through structured channel sales. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including logistics, operations and technical support, to ensure smooth delivery and strong customer experience.
You will report to Vertical Market Head HVAC/R.
Key responsibilities
• Develop and execute channel sales strategy for HVAC/R products across the Nordics
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and wholesalers
• Negotiate framework agreements and commercial terms
• Drive growth through existing and new channel partners
• Ensure strong market presence through regular partner visits
• Collaborate with internal teams in operations, logistics and technical support
• Identify new channel opportunities and optimise go-to-market approach
Your background
You are commercially strong, relationship-driven and comfortable working in a technical B2B environment.
Key qualifications include:
• Experience in channel sales, wholesale or technical B2B sales
• Background in HVAC, industrial components or similar technical industry is an advantage
• Strong commercial mindset with proven negotiation skills
• Self-driven, structured and comfortable working independently
• Enjoys being out in the field and building long-term partnerships
• Fluent in Swedish and/or Danish, and English
