Integrum – Accounting & Reporting Manager
If you’re driven by purpose and want a career that matters, in a company that’s evolving, growing, and accelerating, Integrum is where you belong
For over 30 years, Integrum has led the world in osseointegration — a Swedish innovation redefining life after limb loss. With the OPRA™ Implant System, over 1,000 amputees have regained mobility and dignity. Integrum is now working on developing next-generation mind-controlled prosthetics, where human biology and neurotechnology come together to enable intuitive and natural movement.
Integrum is undergoing a strategic transformation, focusing on scalable commercial execution. We are strengthening our presence in key markets, sharpening operations, and building the capabilities to bring our technology to more patients worldwide. As part of this journey, we are shaping an inhouse finance function and are now looking for an experienced Accounting & Reporting Manager to take full ownership of accounting, group reporting, and financial processes in a listed environment, while ensuring high-quality financial reporting and driving continuous improvement in an international medtech company.
About the role
The role includes responsibility for both statutory accounting for our Swedish entities and group consolidation for the Group, including our US subsidiary. You will play a central role in ensuring accurate financial reporting while further developing structure, processes, and system support.
You will join at a stage where much is already in place, but where there is clear potential to improve quality, structure, and ways of working. This role is therefore well suited for someone who thrives in a changing environment and is motivated by building, improving, and driving efficiency.
The position is fully hands-on and involves operational responsibility for the entire accounting cycle – from statutory accounting to group consolidation and external reporting. Day-to-day transaction processing is largely handled externally, while the focus of the role is on quality, structure, and accurate reporting.
You will work closely with the CFO in a small and dynamic team, with a high level of individual responsibility and strong opportunities to make an impact.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for statutory accounting for two Swedish entities
- Prepare group consolidation for three entities, including a US subsidiary
- Drive the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
- Responsible for financial reporting, including quarterly reports in a listed environment (First North)
- Coordinate and prepare annual reports and manage tax filings
- Act as the main point of contact for auditors and coordinate the audit process
- Ensure strong internal controls and high quality in financial reporting
- Drive improvements in closing processes, timelines, and ways of working
- Contribute to the development of structure and system support, including evaluation of consolidation solutions and integration with BI tool
During the first 6–12 months, the focus will be on bringing accounting in-house from the external provider and ensuring strong quality, accuracy, and control.
We are looking for someone who is:
Self-driven and confident in taking full ownership of delivery, with the ability to work independently and ensure high-quality outcomes. You are structured and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of integrity in financial reporting. You have a solution-oriented mindset and are motivated by continuous improvement, and you are comfortable operating in environments with a degree of ambiguity.
You are comfortable combining hands-on, operational work with building structure, processes, and ways of working. At the same time, you are pragmatic, flexible, and low-prestige in your approach – someone who gets things done and adapts effectively as conditions evolve.
We believe you have:
- Academic degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Approximately 6–10 years of experience in qualified accounting
- Solid experience in statutory accounting in a Swedish environment
- Experience in group consolidation
- Strong IFRS knowledge
- Solid understanding of closing processes, annual reporting, tax, and audit
- Experience from a listed environment is considered a plus
- Experience with Business Central or similar ERP systems is considered a plus
- Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders and fostering strong relationships
- A combination of strategic thinking and a hands-on approach
- Ability to communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken
