The role
As Solution Owner, you will be responsible for M3 system support and development. You will collaborate closely with operational process owners and other stakeholders across the group.
You will:
- Develop and continuously improve business processes supported by M3.
- Work with implementations of new business entities in the M3 MUC environment.
- Configure, maintain, and administer M3 and integrations with internal systems and business partners.
- Provide user support, troubleshooting, and manage process changes not requiring a full project.
- Administer and monitor the M3 system, including validation after updates, archiving, and data cleaning.
- Support and manage business documents generated from M3, including XML configurations, printer installations, and output specifications where relevant.
- Support and maintain M3 models for user authorization.
- Act as a trusted internal consultant, producing manuals, documentation, and recommendations for process and system improvements.
You will work in a central IT team with M3 specialists covering different business areas. First-line support is provided locally at our sites, while you will act as second-line support and Solution Owner, handling system configuration, process changes, and complex troubleshooting.
Depending on your background, your expertise may be within areas such as production and planning, supply chain, purchasing, sales and logistics, finance, or integrations. Broad M3 knowledge and experience across several processes is highly valued.
Key stakeholders include operational teams across Hilding Anders’ subsidiaries, local process owners, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, IT, and other functions across the group.
The position is based at Hilding Anders headquarters in Malmö and reports to the CPO.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the configuration, maintenance, and administration of the M3 system.
- Drive process development and continuous improvements.
- Support implementations and rollouts of M3 across the group.
- Ensure reliable integrations with internal systems and external partners.
- Provide high-quality user support and troubleshooting for complex issues.
- Monitor, validate, and archive system data and processes.
- Develop documentation, manuals, and training material.
- Act as an internal consultant, supporting operational teams with system and process expertise.
Your background
To succeed in this role, you combine technical expertise with strong business understanding. You are proactive, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities. You communicate clearly, build trust across teams, and influence stakeholders without formal authority. You are motivated by driving tangible improvements in processes, system performance, and user experience.
- Solid experience and knowledge of M3.
- Strong understanding of business processes and how they are supported by M3.
- Analytical skills and experience translating business needs into system solutions.
- Experience working in project form and cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
- Experience acting as a process owner or internal consultant is a plus.
- Experience with M3 implementations, M3 Cloud Edition and integrations is considered an advantage.
