TePe – Digital Marketing Manager

To our head office in Malmö, we are now recruiting a Digital Marketing Manager. In this newly created role, you will play a pivotal leadership role in transforming the company’s digital communication approach. This position requires a strategic and inspiring leader who can drive change across the organisation—from the head office to subsidiaries and business creators—through clear vision, effective collaboration, and exceptional communication. Oral health is our mission, and we take pride in improving people’s well-being – starting with our own co-workers – be part of our journey! 
 

More about the position 

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for managing TePe’s digital communication channels (SoMe), coordinating promotional activities on digital commercial platforms (such as Amazon), and overseeing cross-functional projects in these areas. Success in this role depends on the ability to influence and align diverse teams, fostering cooperation across departments and international markets. 
 

This role demands strong informal leadership to guide, motivate, and develop TePe’s digital marketing journey. The Digital Marketing Manager must also demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective working relationships with TePe subsidiaries, the IBET team (international distributors). 
 

The Digital Marketing Manager sets direction and ensures best-practice use of digital channels, championing a consistent and high-quality digital presence for TePe globally. 

You will be part of the global marketing function and report to the Global Brand Manager. The role includes a limited amount of travel. 
 

Strategic Responsibilities 

  • Planning & Strategy: Set long-term digital media objectives and develop integrated strategies across all digital platforms.  
  • Governance: Establish approval and compliance procedures for distributor-generated content. 
  • Capability Building: Develop digital communication resources, templates, and training materials to increase organisational knowledge and ensure effective use of digital channels. 
  • Global Consistency: Ensure alignment and consistency of global campaigns while providing adaptable content for local market needs.  
  • Professional Engagement: Contribute to the development of digital tools that enhance engagement with professional audiences e.g. TePe Recommend. 
  • Channel Ownership: Maintain overall ownership of digital channels within distributor markets.  

Operational Responsibilities 

  • Campaign Leadership: Direct the creation and implementation of digital campaigns that align with marketing objectives and brand guidelines. 
  • Marketplace Oversight: Oversee of marketplace activities, ensuring listings visuals are optimised and aligned with brand standards. 
  • Subsidiary Support: Provide hands-on support to smaller subsidiaries and distributor markets as needed. 
  • Performance & Analytics: Review digital performance metrics and user data to refine strategies and improve ROI. 
  • Education & Enablement: Educate and empower the wider marketing team on best-practice use of digital channels. 
  • Innovation & Trends: Track and evaluate emerging digital trends and technologies to maintain brand relevance and competitive advantage. 
  • CMS Management (TePe.com): Overview of synchronisation of TePe.com to support both B2B and D2C activities. 

Skills & Competencies 

You have a strong background in setting and driving the digital marketing agenda in an international B2C consumer products context. Experience in personal care and/or FMCG is an advantage, though not a requirement. In addition, you bring: 

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align digital initiatives with business goals. 
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and programmatic platforms. 
  • Leadership and Communication: Experience managing teams or working on cross-functional projects. 
  • Creativity: Skill in storytelling and maintaining brand voice across digital formats. 
  • Technical Acumen: Understanding of SEO, SEM, social algorithms, and advertising platforms. 
  • International Perspective: Awareness of cultural differences and diverse working practices across markets. 
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English. 
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher.
