Integrum – FP&A Manager

If you’re driven by purpose and want a career that matters, in a company that’s evolving, growing, and accelerating, Integrum is where you belong.

For over 30 years, Integrum has led the world in osseointegration — a Swedish innovation redefining life after limb loss. With the OPRA™ Implant System, over 1,000 amputees have regained mobility and dignity. Integrum is now working on developing next-generation mind-controlled prosthetics, where human biology and neurotechnology come together to enable intuitive and natural movement.

Integrum is undergoing a strategic transformation, focusing on scalable commercial execution. We are strengthening our presence in key markets, sharpening operations, and building the capabilities to bring our technology to more patients worldwide. As part of this journey, we are creating a modern, data-driven finance function and are now looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to build structure, generate insights, and drive growth in an international medtech company.

About the role

As FP&A Manager, you will play a central role in shaping how they work with analysis, reporting, and financial management across the entire group, including our international subsidiaries. You will work closely with the CFO and become a key player in developing the reports, KPIs, and analysis models — turning data into clear business insights.

Your responsibilities will include

Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Responsible for preparing and further developing new quarterly reports and the annual report for the group
  • Ensure high-quality reporting and analysis from both Swedish and international subsidiaries
  • Develop KPI frameworks, governance models, and analytical dimensions used at group level

Data & Insights

  • Build BI reports and dashboards for sales, projects, profitability, and cash flow
  • Create data models enabling analysis of sales cycles, sales funnel, and cash conversion
  • Drive the development of a data-driven decision support system for management and the organization

FP&A & Planning

  • Lead the budget and forecast processes in close collaboration with the CFO
  • Develop models for scenario analysis, business support, and resource planning
  • Monitor projects, portfolios, and profitability at both group and business unit levels

Systems, Planning & Processes

  • Further develop the existing ERP system and better integrate it with reporting, BI, and planning tools
  • Evaluate and implement planning or budgeting tools to support analysis and scenario work
  • Support and enhance the company’s S&OP and demand planning processes — ensuring alignment between sales forecasts, production, and financial planning
  • Ensure efficient flows between internal processes and external partners (accounting, payroll, HR)
  • Contribute to building a small but high-performing and modern finance function

We are looking for someone who are:
An analytical, curious, and self-driven person with a passion for numbers, structure, and business logic. You thrive in an agile and fast-moving environment where you can roll up your sleeves to create order, insights, and efficient ways of working.

We believe you have:

  • 5–8 years of experience in controlling or financial analysis
  • Strong understanding of financial relationships, business models, and value drivers
  • Advanced system skills — preferably experience with Power BI, Excel, and ERP systems
  • Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and reports from scratch
  • Experience in planning processes such as S&OP/demand planning
  • Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders and fostering strong relationships
  • A combination of strategic thinking and a hands-on approach
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken
