Dacke Industri Group – Group Financial Control Manager

Dacke Industri Group is a growing industrial group that acquires and develops innovative, customer-focused technology companies with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. We are now seeking an experienced and driven Group Financial Control Manager to strengthen our Group Finance function and further develop our internal control, reporting, and sustainability processes.

 

This is a key function within the group, offering a unique opportunity to combine long-term oversight and development with hands-on responsibility for internal control, group reporting, financial governance, and ESG reporting across a dynamic and expanding international organization.

 

About the Role

As Group Financial Control Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a strong internal control framework and ensuring high-quality group financial reporting. You will lead initiatives to strengthen our financial governance, policies, and analytical processes, ensuring consistency and reliability across all subsidiaries. You will work closely with the Group CFO, the Group Chief Accountant, and finance leaders across the organization, providing expert guidance and ensuring that group reporting and internal control standards are effectively implemented throughout Dacke Industri’s international structure.

 

The role also encompasses the group’s ESG and sustainability reporting, where you will oversee data collection, quality assurance, and analysis to support Dacke Industri’s continued commitment to responsible and sustainable business practices.

 

The position is located at the Dacke Industri headquarters in Helsingborg.

 

Main responsibilities;

  • Group accounting and internal control
  • Development of an internal control structure and internal control processes
  • Continued development of the Dacke Industri Group’s structural capital, including policies and guidelines and the processes of analysis and follow up
  • Support new companies in the group reporting, internal control and guidelines
  • Prepare internal and external financial reporting. Perform analysis and follow-up
  • Participate in audits
  • Work on budgeting and forecasting
  • Support the Group Chief Accountant in the consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the group
  • Support the development of group accounting and reporting systems
  • Support subsidiaries with accounting issues and reporting processes
  • Holding company accounting
  • Support the handling of the common group insurance programme

 

ESG and Sustainability Reporting;

  • Responsible for collecting, quality-assuring, and reporting ESG data (reporting once a year)
  • Lead the administration and development of the ESG reporting system Position Green
  • Coordinate the work of preparing the sustainability report
  • Analyse numeric ESG data and calculation of KPIs
  • Support sustainability and communications managers with information and analysis to advance ESG efforts within the Dacke Group
  • Participate in sustainability audits

 

Systems and Tools;

  • Group accounting system: Cognos Controller
  • ESG system: Position Green
  • Parent company accounting system: Hogia
  • Excel, Planning Analytics

     

Your background

We are looking for a professional with a strategic mindset and the ability to translate complex financial and sustainability requirements into actionable processes. You are analytical and structured, with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.

 

  • A degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Experience in group accounting, consolidation, and working with K3 and IFRS frameworks
  • Experience from internal control systems and processes
  • Familiarity with sustainability or ESG reporting is a plus
  • Experience from a manufacturing company is a plus
  • Experience from an international reporting environment is also a plus
