Pricing Specialist – On behalf of Client

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Pricing Specialist to join a Wine & Spirits company in Stockholm on a maternity cover assignment. The role covers the Nordic region and plays a critical part in ensuring that pricing is competitive, compliant and aligned with business goals.

As Pricing Specialist, you will be responsible for day-to-day pricing operations as well as supporting forecasting and planning activities. You will manage list prices, intercompany and transfer prices, as well as on-invoice pricing, ensuring accuracy across multiple markets and systems. You will also coordinate pricing processes across different pricing windows and channels, and work closely with both local teams and headquarters to make sure pricing decisions are implemented smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Act as the local point of contact for list price, intercompany prices, transfer prices and on-invoice prices across Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway
• Coordinate the pricing process across pricing windows, markets and channels
• Manage customer lists and input intercompany, transfer and on-invoice prices into SAP and towards monopolies
• Calculate, maintain, analyze and report prices to key stakeholders
• Analyze customer price challenges and provide recommendations
• Prepare pricing in systems for budgeting and forecasting activities
• Handle ad hoc pricing queries and projects

To succeed in this position, we believe you are analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating a complex and regulated market environment. You enjoy working with data, diving into details, and ensuring that processes run accurately and on time. Experience with consumer products, preferably beverages or FMCG, is considered a strong advantage.

The interim assignment is a maternity cover starting ASAP and running until September 2026, based in Stockholm.
