Your Graduate Journey:

As a Graduate, you will begin by developing a strong foundation in sales and customer relations. 
You will start in a field-based role, demonstrating and selling MILWAUKEE® power tools and accessories to our dealers and end customers, which include professional craft stores, wholesalers, hardware stores and construction sites.

You can look forward to a day where you get to talk to many people about some products that you will hopefully be as proud of as we are. Because it is an important part of our DNA to develop products that pollute less and provide a better working environment for our customers.

  • Travel to customers in your fully equipped demo vehicle.
  • Demonstrate and sell MILWAUKEE® power tools and accessories to dealers and end-users.
  • Participate in trade shows, product events, and hands-on customer demonstrations.
  • Learn from experienced colleagues how to build and grow customer relationships

This hands-on experience will give you a deep understanding of our customers and the industry, preparing you for future opportunities within TTI. After completing the program, you will have the chance to move into roles such as business development, product management, key account management, or other strategic positions – depending on your skills and ambitions.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • A graduate with preferably a master’s or bachelor’s degree in sales, business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
  • Driven, independent, and result-oriented with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Fluent in English and in Danish.
  • Ready to take responsibility and build a career in your home market.
