To support the further development of Mutti from an already strong position to the next level, Mutti Nordic was established in the beginning of 2019. By adding resources and local skills Mutti invests in better understanding of the Nordic consumers and the local trade customers. Mutti Nordic will facilitate the growth of the category by education and communication of tomatoes, the use of tomatoes and the difference in quality of products.
To continue the fruitful journey Mutti Nordic is now looking for a Nordic Trade Marketing Manager. This is a broad and exciting role where you will contribute with your marketing competence in general and your solid trade marketing skills in particular. In this role you will have an important link with the branch trade marketing actions and the core brand drivers set by the Global Marketing Team (based at HQ in Italy).
Your main responsibilities:
- Be an active part in the small dynamic team of Mutti Nordic focusing on out-of-the box thinking and finding creative solutions to reach targets
- Developing Mutti’s in store execution with strong point of sales material
- Secure the implementation of best in class product launches
- Support sales development across Nordics (Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark).
- Establishing activation plans with the four countries in close cooperation with the Nordic team and the partners (agents, importers and customers).
- Take responsibility for the Nordic Trade Marketing Budget
- Work in close cooperation with the Global Marketing as well as the international sales export team. This role is an important link to the Mutti headquarter.
- Attending/Planning food fairs and other HORECA event and activities
- Business Insights through for example Nielsen Data and POS data
- Local Category Analysis – for Business Cases and Trade presentations
- Contact with local activation/promotional agencies
This is a unique opportunity to join a motivated and growing Nordic team and becoming a key player in shaping the future success. The position is a full time permanent employment, based at the new Mutti office right in the center of Stockholm
Your background & profile
You are a confident person with relevant experience from launching products and running trade marketing projects in Sweden and preferably also some of the other Nordic countries. You have an established network with partners for in-store activation, POS-materials and other essential contacts for making Mutti excel in the stores. You love food and excel at the thought of working with this strong and genuine brand.
We are looking for a “true Trade Marketing Manager”, an expert if you will, that can tell the rest of us “how to do it”. We see that you have more than 5 years of experience from working with Trade Marketing. We will of course challenge you in a positive and creative manner but we are expecting you to be the one in the team that actually knows this part of the business. As a member in a team of 3-4 people you will be important both as a source of knowledge in your field but also as a person with your strengths and weaknesses. Together we are going to build a team that are strong together, a place to work where it is really enjoyable to work. You will be a part in this creation, so flexibility is something that you need to appreciate
In line with the mission of developing Mutti in the Nordics you do not mind travelling. With four countries of responsibility and the headquarter in Italy you will travel regularly meeting partners, customers and agencies. Your English is naturally flawless and you speak at least one of our Nordic languages fluently. You have an academic degree in business, marketing or similar.
