This is a unique opportunity to take on a key role within one of the fastest developing international FMCG businesses within the Nordic hemisphere, with consistent double digit growth since inception. As part of Lindt’s long-term regional expansion strategy, the company is continuously increasing efforts in neighboring markets Finland, Norway & Denmark. At the same time, the heart of the operation is in Sweden.
As Trade Marketing Manager, you are responsible for all marketing and activation towards stores & store responsibles. You are the link between marketing and the salesforce, and you work closely together with Brand Managers (BM), Key Account Managers (KAM) and Regional Sales Managers, (RSM) in order to create the strongest program for in store activation. Your responsibility will be to support our sales force in assuring Lindt’s visibility, securing a consistent brand communication at the trade partners in line with Lindt’s brand guidelines. You are also responsible for development and innovation related to display materials and POS.
As Trade Marketing Manager you will be reporting to the Head of Marketing (Nordics) and be based at the Nordic HQ in Solna, Stockholm.
- Closely working with RSM; responsible for creating sales presentations and toolboxes for sell in and for sales conferences.
- Responsible for the creation of instore POS-material according to brand guidelines and responsible for following up on all trade marketing activities according to plan.
- Responsible for driving customer / in store engagement with key in store trade partners
- Coordination of in store campaigns and contact person both towards agencies and international marketing.
- Secure strong brand visibility and consistent brand expression in the trade partner channel in co-operation with Brand Managers.
- Nordic Spokesperson within the International Shopper Marketing Community
You have a university degree (or equivalent) in marketing and/or sales and 2-5 years’ experience of trade marketing from the FMCG business. You have excellent commercial understanding, a passion for brand management and an eye for cost efficiencies.
You are fluent in Swedish and English, and you are skilled in using Excel and PowerPoint.
