Anora Sweden – Business Controller

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Business Controller to join Anora’s expanding Business Controlling Team. In this role, you will act as a business partner to the Wine business in Sweden. Through your expertise and strong commitment, you will contribute to their continued success by optimizing financial planning and analysis.

A hands-on approach and a strong ability to take initiative will be crucial in your daily work. Responsibilities:

• Acting as a business partner to the MD and the team in Anora Wine/Vingruppen Sweden.

• Co-owning the market’s P&L.

• Managing pricing strategy and gross margin.

• Monitoring business and financial performance by overseeing month-end close processes and relevant provisions.

• Driving financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance follow-up for the business area.

• Creating relevant ad hoc reports and analyses based on business needs.

• Participating in potential new financial and IT system projects and implementations to support efficient operations within the business area.

Skills and experience:

• Relevant work experience in Business Controlling or similar roles (e.g., business unit controller, country controller, commercial controller), and a few years of experience in other financial analytical roles (e.g., financial controlling, FP&A) and accounting, preferably within FMCG.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Confidence in managing stakeholders.

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and strong general IT skills.

• Excellent quantitative skills.

• Experience with SAP and Power BI is advantageous.

• Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential, as the team is international. Additional language skills are advantageous.

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.

This position is a permanent, full-time role based in Stockholm, Sweden, at Anora Sweden’s new lovely office on Birger Jarlsgatan 43. Limited and planned travel is involved. You will report to the Business Controlling Manager Wine.
