Ikano Bank – Executive Assistant
Are you a newly graduate with a few years of work experience with excellent communication, administration and time management skills? Then this might be the right role for you! Ikano Bank is now looking for an Executive Assistant to strengthen the support around the management team, providing a unique opportunity for you to develop in your career and being a part of an exciting transformation journey of the bank.
As Executive Assistant, you will have a very central and important role for the management team, giving administrative support. You will support the CEO and Head of CEO Office with various tasks in order for them to be able to focus on driving the business.
• In charge of preparations for board meetings, board committees and other forums
• Taking minutes and document various meetings and forums
• Support in various initiatives and projects
• Write, create, improve and support various presentations and reports
• Support in arrangement and agenda creation of various forums, meetings and conferences for the CEO
• Support the CEO with other various administrative tasks
To be successful in this role you need to be fast learner, curious, detail oriented with a collaborative and adaptive approach. You enjoy working in a high paced environment and have the ability to manage your time in an effective way. We believe you have experience from management consulting or similar.

• Excellent coordination skills
• Highly skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
• Fluent in English
