Finance Process & Change Analyst

Would you like to work with business process improvements in an exciting, growing and international environment? Mölnlycke Health Care is working towards standardization and increased process orientation within Finance. We now want to strengthen the team and are looking for a Finance Process & Change Analyst.

Responsibilities & Duties
The Finance Process & Change Analyst will belong to our Group Finance team. Key focus will be on driving and supporting improvements in the Finance processes and IT applications. You will be part of a small Finance Process and Change team but will primarily interact with Group Finance colleagues and business controllers.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Run and support change projects within the Finance organization
  • Represent Finance in business projects and initiatives
  • Continuously drive improvements in the Finance processes and IT applications (including process mapping and documentation), in line with Group Finance policies and guidelines
  • Identify, document and share best practice within the Mölnlycke Finance community

The position is new and reports to Finance Process and Change Director. It is based at the corporate headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Qualifications and personal qualities
We like you to have a University degree in finance and at least 3-6 years of experience from finance process development and working with ERP systems (preferably SAP). You have project leader experience and experience from change management. You have been working in an international environment and have good knowledge of IFRS. Knowledge in Cognos and Cognos Planning is a merit.

You should be able to communicate well in written and spoken English.

As a person you are self-motivated, structured and process oriented. You have excellent communication skills and enjoy sharing knowledge within the organization.
