We now have a vacancy as a Product Manager within our largest business area Table Top, where you, among many other duties, will get the opportunity to work with innovation projects on an international level from beginning to end.
Table Top caters to customers within hotels, restaurants, catering (HORECA) and health & care. The category Candles & Accessories consists of traded goods and has been one of the fastest growing category the last years.
About the role
This is a temporary position for 11 months due to maternity leave. However, we believe the chance is great we will be able to offer the right candidate a permanent position after that.
As a product manager you will assist the Category Manager in all assortment related questions and handle the assortment on daily basis. You will also lead projects related to the category, i.e. adjustments to the assortment or more complex product development projects.
The role as Product Manager is a visible role with many points of contacts and you will have a close relationship with Sales and Marketing in all markets as well as with the suppliers. You report to the Category Manager Candles & Accessories. The position is located at the headquarters in Malmö and will require occasional travel.
Professional background and personal traits
To be our new successful Product Manager we believe you need to have:
• Academic degree, probably within Business or Marketing
• A minimum of two years in a similar position
• Experience within project management is a merit
• Very good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office
The Product Manager works closely with many different departments within Duni as well as with the suppliers. This requires good communication and networking skills and a well-developed business mindset and organizational understanding. Your main strengths are flexibility, pro-activity, structure, ability to prioritize and willingness to succeed. You are a team player with the ability to also work independently.
