About the position

Operational Excellence and Development’s main purpose is to improve Klarna’s operations both strategically and operationally. The department is among other things responsible for design and delivery of transaction documents in all of Klarna’s markets.

As Document Manager you will be managing a small team in charge for document design and output management. This includes everything from setting the agenda and conducting analysis to hands-on work to ensure results are achieved. You will be responsible for best-in-class design of all transaction documents, as well as for maintaining a cost-efficient and quality-assured set-up for securing that physical and digital send-outs are delivered promptly and safely in all Klarna markets. You are expected to proactively work to identify improvement areas in order to optimize cost, quality and customer satisfaction, and then implement decided changes.

Expected profile

To be successful in this position we think you are business minded and result oriented. You are thorough and pay attention to details; and it is important that you have strong analytical skills and a good understanding of business impact. You have good communication skills and enjoy working with many stakeholders, thrive in a dynamic environment and have the capacity to work both with more strategic ssues as well as hands on.

You have a university degree, preferably in business or engineering. You also have at least 3-4 years of work experience from a similar position, preferably including project or team management. Experience from positions related to design or printing and mailing of transaction documents is an advantage but not a must.
