Director Communications

This position focuses on managing and coordinating all communication activities together with project leading of all financial communication, such as annual and quarterly reports.

General responsibilities and main tasks
As Director Communications you will be generally responsible for coordination, budget planning and control of all communication activities. You will work with development of the communication targets and strategy, defining ways of communication and development of communication tools for the specific target groups. Investor relations and financial communication is an important part of your work. Another important responsibility is follow-up & control of corporate identity, Duni Brand Identity and Duni Identity Manual.

You will be responsible for a team of three people in the department. Some travelling is expected (appr. 40-50 days/year). You report to the Director of Marketing and Business Fulfilment, who reports directly to CEO. The position is based at Duni headquarters in Malmö.

  • Your background, education and abilities
    Deep knowledge and experience in marketing and communication within a larger organization on an international level.

  • Thorough understanding of financial reporting and IR
  • Experiences from international product launches
  • Good at media relations
  • A background within FMCG is an advantage
  • High proficiency and communication skills in Swedish (Scandinavian) and English
  • Strong administration and PC skills
  • University degree
  • You have excellent analytical skills with the capacity to transfer theory into activities. You have documented capacity of process oriented leadership with a decision making driven approach. You are capable of developing relationships with the local sales and marketing organizations.
