If you would like to work with challenging corporate Branding and Marketing activities, in close cooperation with senior management in a global and public company, this might be your next challenge.

Purpose of position
As Corporate Brand Manager your job is to manage and further strengthen the Trelleborg brand globally to support profitable business growth. You will be collaborating closely with marketing colleagues from all over the world, with multiple agency partners as well as with your colleagues in the Corporate Communications team and other HQ functions. You will play a vital role in contributing to the Group Brand & Marketing function where your main responsibilities include:

  • Corporate Brand Management and Governance – Managing and implementing globally, key assets and processes related to brand strategy, positioning and visual identity.
  • Corporate Branding and Marketing Campaigns – Developing and implementing brand communication campaigns and tools across Trelleborg Groups various businesses and markets, in close collaboration with external agencies and internal marketing teams.
  • Corporate Social Media Activities – Managing and further developing Trelleborg Groups corporate social media accounts/campaigns, bringing them to the next level and to the absolute forefront of the industry.

You will report to the VP of Brand & Marketing and will be located at the Group Head Office in Trelleborg, Sweden. International travelling (20-40 days/year) is required, mostly within Europe.

Candidate profile
We believe that you have worked at least five years with brand and marketing in a FMCG firm or in a large Industrial Group (experience of corporate branding is a merit). You have acquired a strong skill-set in branding and social media and are able to counsel senior management and marketing leaders on effective use of related practices and tools in a complex environment.

We are looking for a driven, analytical and communicative person with outstanding interpersonal skills. With a coachs approach, you support and develop your environment but act with courage and integrity when necessary. You are flexible and used to working and taking own initiative in a changing environment. You have a strong ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. You have a relevant Bachelor Degree or similar and you need to be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
